Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program Performance Analyst to support the CAEIO program for the DOS Bureau of Diplomatic Technology. The role ensures the timely delivery of contract documents and presentations, validates accuracy, and summarizes program performance for governance and stakeholders.

This fully remote position requires residency in the Washington, DC metro area with possible onsite work in Sterling, VA or DC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required with 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination
Active SECRET Government Security Clearance required
Experience developing and maintaining performance documents for systems, teams, or programs
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support across finance, proposals, pricing, contracting, and HR
Support program delivery and drive achievement of program goals
Coordinate service/product deliveries, invoicing, warranties, and related tasks
Review travel requests, post-travel reports, and travel expense reports
Manage contractual deliverables, track due dates, and lead work product reviews
Coordinate reporting activities for Contract Status Report, award fee self-assessment, and PMR
