FoundationCCC in California is seeking a Manager, Program Partnerships and Delivery to lead expansion, implementation, and scaling of the Centralized Clinical Placement System (CCPS). You will build strategic partnerships with hospitals, academic programs, and workforce partners to broaden adoption and capacity, especially in rural areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years in partnership development or program management.
• Minimum three years in healthcare, clinical education, or workforce initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
• Project management experience required; Agile project management preferred.
• Familiarity with California Community Colleges, public education, or state agencies is a plus.
• Experience expanding participation in statewide programs.
• Experience using market or user research to inform decisions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, clinical training sites, educational institutions, and workforce partners to expand participation in CCPS
• Lead outreach, engagement, and representation of CCPS with hospitals, health systems, academic partners, and regional and national organizations
• Develop reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders, along with materials that build broader program awareness
• Contribute to team effort by completing other assignments and serving on project teams, as assigned.
