Job summary

FoundationCCC seeks a Manager, Program Partnerships and Delivery, Technology Solutions, to lead expansion and scaling of the Centralized Clinical Placement System (CCPS). The role focuses on strategic partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and educational institutions to broaden adoption and optimize clinical placement capacity across California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, education, or related field; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Minimum five years in partnership development, program management, healthcare program implementation, or related roles.
• Minimum three years in healthcare, clinical education, operations, or workforce initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom; familiarity with Atlassian products is a plus.
• Experience with agile/project management and stakeholder engagement at statewide scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion, implementation, and scaling of the CCPS statewide platform.
• Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, health systems, clinics, and educational institutions.
• Manage executive-level partner relationships and coordinate with state agencies.
• Align platform delivery with program commitments and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Track participation, adoption metrics, and prepare leadership reports and materials.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve system utilization and workflows.
• Provide onboarding guidance and support for partners integrating CCPS into clinical placement workflows.
