Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows.
• Monitor on-air programming for quality, timing, and FCC compliance.
• Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams for accurate ad placement.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and upscale as needed.
• Record, edit, and load audio content using automation systems.
• Maintain logs and comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed.
