The National Marine Sanctuary Foundation is seeking a Program Operations Manager to support Sanctuary Community Engagement. This role involves managing the daily operations of the portfolio, coordinating with staff and federal partners to implement projects and sustain grant activity.

You will oversee grant programs, procurement, spending plans, and performance metrics, while supervising project staff and ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Program and Award Management: Develop relationships with program managers and field liaisons to facilitate implementation and ensure timelines, award compliance, and budgets.
• Program Implementation: Oversee procurement, logistics, and administration; coordinate across divisions to support field activities and grant awards.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: Track results using a project management database; assist in annual budgeting and identify partnership opportunities.
• Compliance & Knowledge Management: Stay updated on federal award procedures; ensure documentation and storage; advise staff on policy compliance.
• Supervisory: Manage Foundation project employees; support SMARTIE goals and performance evaluations.
