Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (healthcare administration, public health, nonprofit management, business, or related).
• 5+ years of professional experience in program management, operations, or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce and learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage complex workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear summaries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized Programs calendar across all core programs, trainings, events, and related activities.
• Coordinate logistics for program activities, ensuring timelines, materials, staffing, and communications are aligned.
• Serve as a point of coordination for inquiries, triaging and routing requests to the appropriate team member.
• Support consistent communication and information flow across the Programs team, clarifying priorities and deadlines.
• Develop and manage project plans for key program initiatives; track progress with ownership and follow-through.
• Identify risks, gaps, and delays and propose resolutions to leadership.
