Job summary

Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone for Hire Hopkins, driving administrative, technology, and data stewardship across employer engagement and student outcomes.

The role reports to the Executive Director and Senior Director of Operations, handling scalable workflows, CRM and Handshake configurations, and cross-team support for events and initiatives. Remote-friendly with a strong data and tech focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years progressively responsible program administration experience in academia.
• Substitution rules apply for additional education or experience as per university policy.

Responsibilities

• Administrative operations: manage inbox, plan feedback mechanisms, handle expense management in Concur, maintain vendor relations, support events and workflows.
• Technology operations: maintain website, SharePoint, CRM, Handshake, and admin interfaces; coordinate with ODT on tech integrations.
• Data stewardship & reporting: ensure data quality, coordinate with ODT, generate internal reports, and visualize data for leadership.
• Special skills & abilities: strong problem solving, stakeholder communication, initiative, and data-security compliance.
