Knowesis is seeking a Program Support Coordinator in MD (remote) to provide enterprise-wide coordination for BRAES. You will maintain integrated schedules, milestones, deliverables, actions, risks, and reporting across the program portfolio, while ensuring alignment with government expectations and eBRAP interfaces where applicable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly relevant experience.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible program or project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or Task Orders.
• Proven skills in schedules, milestones, deliverables, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate program planning and administrative support across BRAES.
• Maintain integrated schedules, milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate D/RTS requirements and contract/task order deliverables.
• Support IPTs and government/contractor meetings, including scheduling and follow-up.
• Support program reporting and functional inputs.
• Maintain program-management documentation and templates.
• Monitor deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate inputs across scientific review, consumer review, and related functions.
• Support program metrics, dashboards, workload visibility, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with eBRAP interfaces without taking over eBRAP functions.
• Support standardized program management processes and documentation.
• Promote visibility and communication across concurrent Task Orders and shared services.
