Job summary

Road Scholar is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to support Domestic, International and Afloat programs. You will work with travel partners and staff to run up to 25 itineraries, manage timelines, and ensure accurate program logistics.

The role requires strong organization, vendor negotiation, customer service, and attention to enrollments. Moderate travel and some evenings/weekends are expected; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal/written communications and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Managers on up to 25 itineraries across product lines.
• Coordinate logistics: hotels, field trips, transfers, meals for 25+ programs.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts within budgets.
• Respond to complex customer service requests with clear communication.
• Analyze enrollments and space to maximize capacity.
• Assist pre-program briefings and post-program reconciliations.
• Ensure timely distribution of materials and reports.
• Attend programs and travel as required.
