Road Scholar is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to support Domestic, International and Afloat programs. You will work with travel partners and staff to run up to 25 itineraries, manage timelines, and ensure accurate program logistics.
The role requires strong organization, vendor negotiation, customer service, and attention to enrollments. Moderate travel and some evenings/weekends are expected; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Road Scholar offers a remote work environment. The compensation for this non-exempt/hourly position is $23.40 per hour. Estimated start for this role will be early October.

Join our fast-paced Programs team and be a part of one of the nation's most dynamic not-for-profit organizations. The Program Operations Coordinator is a member of the Program Operations Team and supports various members of the Domestic, International and Afloat Programs teams in the smooth operations of Road Scholar programs. The Coordinator works closely with educational travel partners and/or cruise lines, other vendors and staff to achieve and maintain high NPS scores on programs.
