Job summary

Ladders seeks a Program Manager, Strategic Risk Programs to join the Enterprise Technology team. This remote role is US-based only, with compensation of $130,000–$155,000 annually.

You will partner with Product, Legal and Engineering to drive risk review, unblock blockers, and ensure transparent execution across cross-functional teams. The role requires regulatory awareness and a knack for aligning priorities to reduce risk early in development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or program management.
• 3+ years in a product environment collaborating with legal and policy teams.
• 2+ years in a regulatory domain such as privacy or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the product development process for risk review optimization.
• Identify and resolve blockers while escalating issues as needed.
• Drive accountability through clear communication and action tracking.
• Establish expertise in reviewing and mitigating product risks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams navigating risk review.
• Document and track project and risk details with transparency.
• Maintain relationships with Product, Legal, and Engineering for process alignment.
