Maximus seeks a Business Manager to support the POTFF program, translating priorities into disciplined execution across performance domains. The role requires a Secret clearance or eligibility, and supports government and industry stakeholders in a dynamic defense context.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring contract requirements are met across multiple sites and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, resource planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of federal contracting and compliance requirements.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning activities.
• Oversee multi-project programs with staffing, and resource planning.
• Develop and maintain project plans, metrics, and risk controls.
• Communicate with management, stakeholders, and customers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and vendor coordination.
