Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Business Manager for the POTFF program to provide operational, financial, and stakeholder management support for integrated human performance services. The role ensures disciplined execution across physical, psychological, cognitive, social, family, and spiritual performance domains.

The incumbent will translate program priorities into actionable plans, manage risks, and maintain alignment with contract requirements. This position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in program management, contract administration, or related functions.
• Experience budgeting, financial oversight, resource planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the POTFF program and planning artifacts.
• Oversee multi-project programs including planning, staffing, leading and controlling activities.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities; develop master/resource plans and documentation.
• Baseline projects and capture metrics for historical data and forecasts.
• Apply PMI standards and ensure project controls across projects.
