Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• 4 years of project/program management or similar experience
• PMI certification (e.g., PMP, PMI ACP, PRINCE 2) and/or ACSM certification are a plus
• Proficiency with Jira Agile is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver program success across the full product development lifecycle and drive projects forward within the program
• Coordinate and oversee dependencies, collaborating with teams to ensure project success and accelerate milestones
• Conduct regular program/project reviews with leaders, providing status updates and recommending actions for success
• Foster collaboration at all levels and build cross-functional relationships to shape and execute strategies
• Drive change by promoting business agility and effective communication
• Mediate and resolve conflicts within the program to ensure smooth collaboration
