Job summary

UBC is seeking a Program Manager for Pharmacy HUB Operations to lead day-to-day program activity and supervise staff. You will interact with internal and external clients, manage scheduling, training, and development, and drive operational improvements within the assigned program(s).

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with operations, training, Field Ops Management, and District Managers. Travel up to 40-50% is expected as needed, with opportunities to influence patient outcomes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of patient outreach or program management experience as Field Manager or higher.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to travel 40-50%.
• Strong planning, prioritization and communication skills.
• Willingness to work cross-functionally with operations and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity of the program and supervise staff.
• Ensure resources to meet patient and client expectations.
• Monitor program metrics and SLAs.
• Collaborate with client training departments and operations.
• Develop and implement policies and plans for assigned programs.
• Present program information to internal and external customers.
