GovCIO is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-team, multi-vendor coordination ensuring PGHD data ecosystem reliability for VA projects. The role spans Validic, Google Health integrations, and enterprise health data pipelines with a focus on national-scale delivery to clinicians and Veterans.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in program management and experience in federal health programs, with strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management capabilities for complex healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of program management experience.
• Experience supporting federal programs or VA/OCC environment.
• Background with PGHD data and health data integrations (CGM/remote monitoring).
• Experience with health data APIs transitions (e.g., Google Health).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple products, vendors, and teams in a matrixed environment.
• Supervise staff in a matrixed environment with performance oversight and development.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between VA, Validic, and third-party device vendors.
• Drive Google Health API transition across PGHD applications and pipelines.
• Manage data-quality issues across multiple sources and synthesize findings for pipeline teams.
• Oversee vendor partnerships for new integrations and data pathways.
• Ensure synchronized release planning and remediation of QA issues.
