Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries about timelines and installation activities.
Manage permit activities, tracking, inspections, and closure.
Coordinate with production, field operations, and customer service for job readiness.
Support revenue capture by ensuring accurate job documentation and billing alignment.
Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement process improvements.
