This role ensures seamless execution of installation workflows by managing key program processes—including permitting, documentation, accounts receivable support, and customer coordination. The Program Manager acts as a central liaison among customers, municipalities, service providers, internal teams, and retail partners to deliver a compliant, timely, and customer-focused installation experience.
