Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex programs from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop program charters, project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision-making, resolve escalations, and ensure successful program delivery.
• Lead stakeholder communications, status reporting, and governance activities.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including impact assessments, rollout planning, and adoption tracking.
• Monitor program performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, metrics, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate program meetings and provide recommendations for process and operational improvements.
