Job summary

The Program Manager will oversee residential services for individuals with IDD, manage budgets, staff operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding the mission of love and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in Administration, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities helpful.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations ofBleiler Caring Cottage and coordinate resident services.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and ensure spending aligns with the budget.
• Lead staff hiring, supervision, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
• Advocate for residents and coordinate with families and agencies.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and prepare for inspections.
