This full-time role offers flexible work-from-home options and a salary range of $53,500 - $72,800 based on experience. Candidates should have experience in human services and relevant educational qualifications.

The position includes managing a professional team and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing a loving environment for residents.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain a home-like atmosphere.
• Develop and monitor the budget and manage financial operations.
• Lead the hiring process and supervise staff for quality services.
• Function as an advocate for residents and notify families of changes.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and monitor assigned staff.

Skills

Good written, oral, organizational and basic computer skills

Qualified by certification of Act 33

Certification in medication administration

CPR and 1st aid certification

Education

Associate Degree in Administration, Human Services, or a related field

Bachelor's Degree plus two years' experience

Master's Degree plus one year of experience
