Job summary

Artemis Connection, LLC is seeking a Consultant for a 12-month engagement to support a Healthcare and Benefits Act program for a public sector client. This remote role may require occasional travel to Washington DC.

You will lead program and project management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, and develop implementation plans for care provision, with duties spanning analysis, reporting, and strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Program/Project Management experience
• IVA/VHA experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years Consulting experience

• Communications plan and implementation strategy
• Evaluation of waivers of payment rates for Third Party Administrators
• Evaluation of quality standards and recommendations

• Staffing model for IVC
• Financial impact analysis
