Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts and grants preparation and management, and fiscal processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct fiscal oversight and administration of grant funded programs within department.
• Co-manages funding for grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervises personnel including work allocation, training, promotion and performance evaluation.
• Develops annual operating budgets and provides fiscal direction.
• Oversees and coordinates collection, analysis of program activity data and prepares reports.
• Collaborates with university departments and external organizations to consolidate resources.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
