Job summary

Scan Global Logistics is seeking a Program Manager to lead large North American customer relationships, combining hands-on operational ownership of national asset-recovery and first-mile programs with strategic commercial oversight.

You will own day-to-day client relationships, coordinate with operations, warehousing, pricing, and technology teams, and identify opportunities to expand services and drive cost savings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in specialized logistics or related leadership with ownership of business outcomes.
• Experience in logistics environments including 3PL/4PL and high-value equipment handling.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and hold partner networks accountable.
• Strong knowledge of first-mile, reverse logistics, asset recovery, and related operations.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders across operations, procurement, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer relationships and manage performance reviews.
• Expand scope across services, locations, and regions.
• Lead technology initiatives including AI-assisted reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver customer requirements.
• Own high-priority escalations and ensure timely, transparent communication.
