Qualifications

• 3-5+ years managing global or large-scale onsite/field operations programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving high-stakes program delivery.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 or PMI preferred.
• Strong forecasting, invoicing, and budget accountability.
• Manages high-risk, high-volume onsite and in-the-wild environments.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program performance including financial health, delivery success, and client satisfaction.
• Lead regular client syncs and on-site or virtual business reviews (weekly/quarterly).
• Drive reporting through weekly status updates, dashboards, and progress reviews.
• Lead and develop Project Managers with people management responsibilities and coaching.
• Collaborate with Legal and Liability to ensure compliance, safety, and insurance standards.
• Define staffing strategy with Talent Acquisition for collectors (FT/PT and crowd-based models).
