Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end data collection programs, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction. You will oversee cross-functional teams across operations, legal, finance, and talent to drive successful field and facility-based work streams.

The role requires strong PM discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate high-stakes environments with a focus on safety and compliance. Remote work from LA with travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing global or large-scale onsite/field operations programs.
• Experience supporting Data Collection, User Research, or related domains.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and client-facing programs.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMI or similar project management methodologies.
• Strong financial ownership including forecasting, P&L and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, including financial health and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for operational and client challenges with reviews.
• Drive reporting through weekly status updates and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead project managers and cross-functional teams; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance, safety and insurance standards for field activities.
• Define hiring strategies and staffing profiles for collectors (FT/PT/Crowd).
