Remote role with a preference for candidates based in New York, offering a compensation range of $75,000–$90,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program management, education, workforce development, nonprofit management, partnerships, operations, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated initiative and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use program data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decisions.
• Experience managing external partners, stakeholders, and/or cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and improve processes and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically about broader program goals and outcomes.
• Excited to bring structure to evolving programs while contributing creative ideas and solutions.
• Interest in education, workforce development, emerging technologies, and/or building pathways into high-growth careers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage FTI's emerging technology programs, ensuring effective implementation, high-quality participant experiences, and successful outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day program operations, including student onboarding and communications, technology and LMS management, attendance, program completion, and participant support.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve program processes, systems, workflows, and documentation to support organized, efficient, and scalable program delivery.
• Manage relationships with external partners, stakeholders, mentors, instructors, and other program contributors, ensuring effective coordination and alignment around program goals and deliverables.
• Analyze program data, participant feedback, and outcomes; support program evaluation and surveys; and use findings to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify programmatic needs and develop creative solutions to strengthen program operations and the participant experience.
• Manage and coordinate interns supporting program operations, curriculum, office hours, moderation, and data analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across programs, curriculum, operations, and development, and support participant recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate program administration and logistics, including in-person events and RSVPs, media/liability releases, certificates, stipends, CEUs, mentor scheduling, and related participant records;
• Monitor classes and lab sessions and provide support to students, instructors, and mentors as needed.
