Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science or technology innovation.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role leading technical teams.
• Experience navigating AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Innovation Engineers and AI Engineers.
• Define and drive the enterprise roadmap for adopting emerging technologies.
• Oversee design, development, and testing of prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
