Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc is looking for a Program Manager to support the implementation of DC Municipal Regulations. The role involves ensuring compliance of Educator Preparation Providers with regulatory requirements, creating guidance resources, and coordinating technical assistance.

The ideal candidate must have significant experience in education program accreditation and must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This is a remote position offering flexible working conditions.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of strong communication skills to articulate technical terms to non-technical audiences.
• 5+ years leading clinical practices for students in education.
• 10+ years of experience working in a University setting within a School or College of Education.
• 5+ years previously held the title of Dean or similar at a University focused on Education.
• 2+ years of experience creating/a registered teacher apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of DC Municipal Regulations.
• Ensure EPP compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Create resources providing clear guidance to EPPs.
• Coordinate technical assistance efforts with non-compliant programs.
• Write/review reports from state review visits.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Experience leading clinical practices for students pursuing a degree in education

MS Office + MS Project or other Project Management software

Experience working in a University setting within a School or College of Education

Creating and/or implementing a registered teacher apprenticeship

Experience developing published resources for educator preparation providers

Education
