Job summary

Pri-Med Institute seeks an Accreditation Manager to lead compliance with CME/CE accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. You will partner with the VP, Accreditation to train staff, manage reaccreditation, and optimize workflows for efficient accreditation operations.

The role offers remote flexibility with optional Boston hybrid days, emphasizing accuracy, collaboration, and adoption of technology to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with four years of professional accreditation experience is required.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Customer service mindset for internal customers.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based apps.
• Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ACCME, AAFP, AANP, CBRN accreditation standards and MOC requirements.
• Review and input documentation for CME/CE activities (credit values, disclosures, etc).
• Train team on accreditation policies and best practices with VP, Accreditation.
• Maintain documentation for reaccreditation, audits and internal reviews.
• Oversee disclosure review processes and communications.
• Improve workflows to better adhere to CME/CE requirements.
• Support ACCME Accreditation with Commendation and Innovation Partner status.
• Oversee timely reporting of CME activity and learner data to PARS with internal teams.
• Ensure MOC requirements are implemented in internal systems.
• Oversee CE Broker activity reporting and collaborate with data team.
• Maintain state CME/CE requirements database and update internal systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding credits and reporting.
• Recommend improvements to learning systems, templates and tools.
• Support cross-functional coordination for events (virtual and in-person).
