Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of cross‑functional data & analytics initiatives within the Business Intelligence Platform (BIP). You will partner with product, architecture, engineering, and data teams to manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities include driving Agile/SAFe delivery, governance, resource and vendor management, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology or data & analytics programs.
• Demonstrated success leading Agile / SAFe delivery at scale — PI planning, Scrum-of-Scrums, two‑in‑a‑box models; certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to manage blended teams of internal FTEs, offshore/onshore resources, and external partners.
• Strong financial and resource-management acumen — budgeting, forecasting, and vendor/rate-card management.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills with a track record of decisions-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program delivery across BIP pods and shared workstreams, managing schedules, risks, and milestones.
• Drive Agile/Scaled Agile delivery practices, including planning events, cross-team coordination, and governance.
• Maintain visibility to program health, backlog readiness, and critical path activities across the portfolio.
• Ensure delivered solutions generate measurable business value and align with enterprise objectives.
• Lead governance, executive updates, and stakeholder communications with clear status and tradeoffs.
