Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an Associate Manager Modernization to keep Hershey’s Modernization Program moving with clarity and high-quality execution. You will partner with the EMT Governance Manager and cross-functional teams across Strategy, Capital, IS, and the EMT core team to support governance, system operations, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement.

You will turn program data and stakeholder feedback into practical insights for better decisions and stronger adoption

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, governance, or business analysis.
• Experience with enterprise systems and cross-functional partnerships is preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the EMT project management system with idea/project creation, updates, access, issues, data integrity, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate program planning with EMT Governance Manager, including enhancements, prioritization, testing, deployment, and rollout support.
• Prepare executive-ready communications and program updates highlighting milestones, risks, progress and key decisions.
• Maintain and improve the EMT knowledge repository with process docs, specifications, training guides, and videos.
• Analyze system data and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvements.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to sustain standard processes and enable consistent program execution.
