Job summary

Flash is hiring an Associate Program Manager to help deliver on our mission to free consumers from travel hassles by coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Hardware, DevOps, QA and Customer Success.

The role is execution-focused, keeping projects organized, tracking progress, coordinating across teams, identifying risks and dependencies, and delivering clear status updates in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards across multiple teams.
• Track milestones, tasks, and dependencies; identify risks.
• Support sprint planning, backlog reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
• Prepare regular project status updates and RAID logs.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, Hardware, DevOps and others.
• Ensure Jira tickets and documentation are up to date.
