Job summary

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation in Austin, TX, seeks a Project Manager to lead program execution with emphasis on cloud migration, enterprise architecture, and SAFe/LeSS methodologies.

The role interfaces with senior leadership, manages resources and risks, and delivers compliance-driven outcomes across service programs. PMP/SAFe certifications are preferred, along with federal program experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project/Program Management or Compliance Management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, governance, risk management and internal controls
• Proven project/change management experience with planning, execution and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels
• PMP certification preferred; SAFe SPC/SA/other Agile cert preferred
• Experience supporting federal government programs or contractual governance (preferred)
• Experience leading audits, assessments and corrective actions (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance programs and continuous improvement across service areas and teams
• Develop, monitor, and maintain compliance frameworks, processes, and controls
• Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and remediation
• Monitor performance to ensure adherence to standards, policies, and governance
• Identify, communicate, mitigate, and manage program risks
• Manage resources to cost, schedule, scope, and performance objectives
• Provide inputs for contractual, operational, and compliance deliverables
• Provide QA oversight for program deliverables and compliance requirements
• Apply SAFe principles to support program planning and execution
• Collaborate to develop process improvements and governance standards
• Support clients in implementing operational improvements and new technologies
• Facilitate audits, assessments, and corrective action programs
• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on trends and strategic initiatives
