Job summary

CORMAC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead federal healthcare technology initiatives, overseeing cost, schedule, quality, and risk while guiding multidisciplinary teams in modern Agile delivery environments.

As the primary liaison between executives, customers, and delivery teams, you will ensure successful modernization, application development, operations, cloud solutions, and data-driven programs within highly regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, IT, CS, health informatics or a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance required.
• 10+ years managing complex IT programs, federal contracts preferred.
• Experience leading Agile teams under SAFe, Scrum or Kanban with release planning.
• Experience with cloud-hosted applications lifecycle, operations and support.
• Familiarity with CMS programs, quality reporting, Medicare data.
• Knowledge of federal security/compliance (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA).
• Strong written and verbal communication for briefings to government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of CMS program performance and staffing.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams using SAFe framework and dashboards.
• Be primary contact between CMS program office, customers, and delivery teams.
• Plan work around federal rulemaking cycles and ACA/IMPACT mandates.
• Oversee quality measures inventory and provider-type impact assessments.
• Govern data source integrations and AWS Cloud environment for CMS.
• Oversee Tier 3 production support and incident management via ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct monthly project reviews and align controls with CMMI Level 3.
