Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Program Manager to lead and coordinate technology and business unit programs and projects. The role emphasizes delivering on time and within budget while following IT governance, with strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
7+ years of related experience.
Experience in Banking or Financial Services preferred.
Experience with portfolio program management tools and MS Excel/MS Project.
Knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum).
Strong business and technology understanding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and monitors scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget and that IT governance is followed.
Advises the program team on projects, tasks, and operations.
Collaborates with business segment managers and sponsors to define scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.
Performs other duties as assigned.
