Job summary

RibbitZ LLC in Florida is seeking a Program Management Director for a long-term government program consulting engagement. The role involves advising executive leadership on federal funding, compliance, and modernization, and coordinating with federal and state stakeholders.

The candidate will lead development of funding requests, budgets, reports, and schedules, and will establish cost allocation methodologies while identifying risks and driving governance and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of federal funding requirements, cost allocation, regulatory compliance, and federal reporting.
• Experience preparing complex funding requests, budgets, compliance reports, and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on federal funding, regulatory compliance, cost allocation, and technology modernization.
• Lead development and submission of federal planning documents, funding requests, budgets, reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate with federal/state stakeholders, IT, finance, procurement, vendors, and project teams.
• Review contracts, procurement activities, amendments, and funding requests for compliance.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies.
• Perform business process assessments, gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and future-state recommendations.
• Analyze federal regulations, legislation, policy guidance, and audit findings.
• Identify financial, operational, compliance, procurement, and project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support business transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
