Qualifications

• Experience preparing complex funding requests, budgets, compliance reports, and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on federal funding, regulatory compliance, cost allocation, and technology modernization.
• Lead development and submission of federal planning documents, funding requests, budgets, reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate with federal/state stakeholders, IT, finance, procurement, vendors, and project teams.
• Review contracts, procurement activities, amendments, and funding requests for compliance.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies.
• Perform business process assessments, gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and future-state recommendations.
• Analyze federal regulations, legislation, policy guidance, and audit findings.
• Identify financial, operational, compliance, procurement, and project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support business transformation and technology modernization initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Director for a long-term consulting opportunity supporting a major government program in *Florida.

Location: Florida

Work Arrangement: Remote with some onsite work in Tallahassee, FL

Candidates must currently be located in Florida

Key Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on *federal funding, regulatory compliance, cost allocation, and technology modernization*
