Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively more responsible management experience developing multiple programs.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and management.
• Must have an established track record in fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to grow the volunteer resource base.
• Identify, develop, implement and manage fundraising events.
• Provide supervision, assistance, mentoring and training to direct reports.
