Job summary

MADD is seeking a remote Program Coordinator based in Augusta, GA to lead underage drinking prevention initiatives and manage volunteer schedules, ensuring all materials and staff needs are met. The role centers on planning, outreach, and program administration to achieve grant objectives.

Responsibilities include training, data tracking, and liaison work with local partners; travel is required (about 25%), and the annual salary is $47,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in community health program implementation or grant administration.
• Willingness to travel and flexible hours required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to meet program objectives and outreach goals.
• Manage grant proposals and ensure alignment with directives.
• Coordinate training, orientation meetings, and facilitator sessions.
• Source and recruit volunteers and provide coaching and on-site support.
• Maintain data collection, financial reports, and program evaluation.
