Bright Future Foundation in Avon, CO is seeking a dedicated Program Manager funded by a grant from the Office of Violence Against Women. The role leads the Prevent, Protect, Prevail!

project, overseeing program management, data handling, evaluation, and grant reporting to ensure survivor-centered services and sustainability. The position also supports staff coordination, volunteer engagement, and the 24/7 crisis line / advocate response, with on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Advanced Degree is relevant field of study.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Prevent, Protect, Prevail! project management and ensure program excellence.
• Manage data, program evaluation, and grant reporting requirements.
• Attend regular staff meetings and assist with volunteer management.
• Coordinate the 24/7 crisis line and advocate response for Sexual Assault Nurse Exams and Forensic Nurse Exams.
• Collaborate with advocacy team and provide on-call advocate response on a rotating basis.
