You will coordinate sessions, cohorts, and family-centered activities, ensuring alignment with funding commitments and organizational goals, while building welcoming, culturally responsive experiences.

The role emphasizes outreach to recruit and engage parents, especially in East Orlando, manage enrollment, track participation, and report on progress.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supporting community-based programs for parents, caregivers, and families.
• Experience in parenting education, family services, workforce development, or economic mobility.
• Verbal communication in English; Spanish preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute programs from start to finish.
• Experience recruiting, enrolling, engaging, and retaining participants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, implementation, and management of parent and family programs.
• Coordinate services for young and expectant parents and families.
• Develop calendars, session plans, and delivery approaches.
• Coordinate facilitators and subject-matter experts.
• Create welcoming, culturally responsive experiences reflecting participant realities.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and outcomes; maintain participant records.
• Collaborate with program leadership, volunteers, and community partners.
