Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure high-quality family support services.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals and outcomes.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor program staff and volunteers.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources.
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and compliance with standards.
• Collect and analyze program data to drive improvement and report impact.
• Serve as a liaison between program staff and organizational leadership.
