Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Program Information & Technology Manager for a remote role based in India, supporting an international development program. You will own the digital program management platform, ensure data accuracy, and enable timely information flow for global teams.

You will coordinate user support, monitor data quality, oversee dashboards and reporting, manage knowledge repositories, and liaise with technology providers and IT teams to drive continuous improvements across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience administering or supporting service-delivery platforms.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, IT teams, and functional users.
• Knowledge of dashboards, reporting, and data quality assurance.
