Panagora Group is seeking a Program Information & Technology Manager for a remote role. The candidate will oversee day-to-day platform operations, provide user support, and coordinate with the technology provider to ensure data quality and timely information across program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience administering or supporting technology-enabled service delivery systems.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, document management, and workflows.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, developers, and IT teams to translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day platform administration, user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
• Provide first-line user support and troubleshoot issues with the technology provider.
• Monitor data quality, system performance, and audit trails; report issues to responsible managers.
• Coordinate knowledge management, dashboards, and repository maintenance; ensure compliance and audits.
