Job summary

Panagora Group, a woman- and employee-owned small business specializing in global health, seeks a Program Information & Technology Manager for an anticipated development program. This remote role will manage day-to-day platform operations, knowledge management, and vendor coordination to deliver timely, accurate information for leadership and client counterparts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, public health, business administration, project management, international development, data management, MIS or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience administering or supporting service delivery, CRM, ERP, workflow management, or similar tech-enabled systems.
• Experience with coordinating tech deployments with vendors, IT teams, and business users.
• Experience with data quality, system administration, user access, dashboards/reporting, and help desk support.
• Strong project coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills across multiple priorities.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into system functionality and train users.
• Technical familiarity with web app tech and cloud-based systems, including AWS.
• Excellent written and oral English communication across countries/cultures/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day platform operations: administration, user support, onboarding, training, and issue escalation.
• Knowledge management: dashboards, reporting, and document repository oversight.
• Technology vendor coordination: liaising with providers and IT teams on issues, enhancements, and releases.
