Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Program Management, Data & AI Applications professional based in the United States. The role combines hands-on program execution with stakeholder governance across software, data, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead complex programs, coordinate delivery cadences, manage risks and budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Remote work opportunities are available, with emphasis on collaboration and continuous

Qualifications

10+ years in project/program management or related field.
Experience delivering moderately to highly complex projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Program management certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
Knowledge of governance, change and risk management, and reporting.
Experience coordinating software delivery across teams and cadences.
Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD and testing workflows.
Experience supporting technical solutions in software/engineering domains.
Comfort in regulated/compliance-driven environments with documentation and traceability.

Responsibilities

Lead complex project and program assignments to meet timelines and budgets.
Coordinate across all program lifecycle phases from planning to closeout.
Govern stakeholder engagement, risk management and performance monitoring.
Track costs, risks, actions, decisions, and dependencies.
Coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across teams.
Facilitate discovery, requirements sessions, planning, and retrospectives.
Maintain delivery documentation, backlogs, release plans, and logs.
Coordinate software releases and post-release support.
Bridge technical teams and stakeholders to balance scope and priorities.
Collaborate with software, data, cloud, IT and cybersecurity teams to resolve blockers.
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
