Job summary

iMentor, a national nonprofit, seeks a Program Director of Virtual Mentoring to conceive, build, and launch our 26/27 Pilot Year. You will own the virtual mentoring pilot, coordinating partnerships, corporate activation, mentor experience, and learning while aligning growth with impact goals.

You will report to the Senior Vice President of Impact Programming and drive data-informed decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable processes across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience launching a new program or initiative from concept through implementation.
• Proven track record managing partnerships, employee engagement, or external-facing functions; fundraising experience is a plus.
• Experience with volunteer recruitment, customer/user acquisition, partnership development, or audience growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation of virtual mentoring partnerships and translate partner commitments into successful implementation.
• Drive corporate participation and ensure a best-in-class mentor experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Monitor participation, engagement, and experience with External Relations to support renewal and growth.
• Communicate progress to corporate partners and nurture deeper involvement over time.
• Collaborate with Communications to create materials that inspire partnerships and mentor recruitment.
