Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or cross-functional operations.
• Ability to coordinate complex multi-stakeholder work without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate state-by-state strategy into cross-team initiatives with clear owners and timelines.
• Manage priorities of Senior Directors and SVPs to focus on high-leverage work.
• Coordinate cross-functional state strategy meetings and accountability cadences.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to surface state portfolio progress and risks.
• Track revenue gaps and growth opportunities within existing state relationships.
