Job summary

Clinical Ink is seeking an experienced Program Director to join our Project Management team, working remotely in the United States. This role provides oversight across assigned customer programs, ensures cross-functional execution, governance, and delivery of performance objectives.

You will act as a senior point of contact for customers and strategic partners, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and lead direct teams of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Associate Project Managers to

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of clinical trials industry experience or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight across assigned customer programs.
• Ensure cross-functional execution and governance.
• Lead risk management and contingency planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI measurement across programs.
• Manage and develop Program Managers, Project Managers and Associate PMs.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to achieve program deliverables.
